Jan and Per Broman, the two Swedish brothers and co-founders of Fotografiska, celebrated the launch of their newest art book, The Eye, and built up anticipation for the museum’s opening next spring. Last Thursday at Fotografiska New York’s preview night, there was nary a mention of Delvey. She is now being held without bond on Rikers Island under charges by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office of grand larceny and theft of services. Authorities finally arrested Delvey in Malibu in the summer of 2017, around the same time RFR Realty sold 281 Park Ave South to Fotografiska in July. ![]()
